Petit Royal Restaurant in Courmayeur Awarded with a Michelin Star

 

Maura Gosio is the chef of the Petit Royal restaurant of the Hotel Royal and Golf of Courmayeur from December 2012. She discovered her passion for cooking in her home's kitchen, where she experimented all types of ingredients found in the markets. She obtained another two Michelin stars, one in La Piazzetta in Verno, Varese, Lombardia and and another one in the Restaurant Al Quarto of Cremona. 

 

 

The Grand Hotel Royal and Golf is located at the foot of Mont Blanc. The hotel opened two hundred years ago and welcomed illustrious people such as Queen Margherita and Giosuè Carducci. The antique furniture, precious carpets, elegant furniture and objets d'art characterize this hotel.
