The latest news that we have from Courmayeur is that the opening day of the Courmayeur ski area should be the 20th December.
The weather has been cooling down, allowing man-made snow to cover the slopes, as well as some natural snow too, and above 2000m, there is a lot more snow (see the webcam images here).
