Near the ski slopes of Val Veny (close to Courmayeur), the restaurant La Grolla is the perfect stop for lunch or diner. The Italian side of Mont Blanc and the Brenva glacier in frot, offer a breathtaking the spectacle. Serac falls are a magical show.
The Grolla was created in 1973 by the Truchet family. Currently, you'll be greeted with great courtesy by Elena and Ephrem. The regional cuisine is particularly refined. We recommend the ravioli filled with wild spinach made by Mrs. Truchet senior, Lillia, the mushrooms risotto, the home made gnocchi, the Aosta Valley scallop, the cheese plate, the fabulous Composta, home made apple cake and many other homemade desserts.
For non-skiers from Courmayeur, it is possible to be picked up by snowmobile (skidoo) or catrack for 14 people i the evening.
